Let go off the stresses and strains of the working weeks with an energising dynamic yoga practice, followed by time to connect with others over tea and treats. Then ground yourselves in a relaxing yin practice, learn how to release tension in the body through myofascial release techniques. Finish with a mesmerising and calming crystal sound bowl meditation.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, the Sunset Yoga session is designed to melt away stress and leave you feeling refreshed, centred and grounded.

From Flow to Stillness

A Yin Yang Spring Yoga Workshop

Join us a we celebrate the arrival of Spring in this Yin and Yang yoga workshop.

We will be flowing in to stillness where we first take time to ground ourselves from the week that’s been. To connect to our breath and set an intention for this new season we are entering. 

We then explore a dynamic yoga sequence based around building flowing energy (prana) in the body through standing, seated and laying postures and beginner inversions, learning to connect mind, body and breath. The intention here is to be present in your body and mind.

A short break for refreshments and delicious treats and a chance to connect with others.
We then delve into the stillness of Yin with the use of relaxing bolsters and props, where we learn to just ‘be’ and see where it takes us. Letting go is the aim here. 
We finish with a beautiful crystal sound bowl meditation. With 7 bowls dedicated to each one of the chakras (energy wheels) you will experience different vibrational frequencies as you allow your body to let go in savasana.

11:30 am – 12:45pm – Dynamic Yoga (Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga)

Engage in a dynamic yoga flow that combines movement and breath to energise your body. This invigorating session will explore your physical boundaries and enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance. Claire’s expert guidance will ensure that you get the most out of this practice, regardless of your yoga experience.

Breathing Practice and Guided Meditation

Shift your focus inward with a dedicated breathing practice, designed to calm the mind and deepen your connection to your inner self. Following this, a guided meditation will help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and find inner peace. This session is ideal for grounding yourself after the active dynamic yoga.

Free Time and Lunch

12:45pm – 1:30pm – Free Time

Take advantage of some free time to relax and explore the beautiful surroundings of Bloomsburys, take a walk, visit the Garden eatery for a coffee with a book, engage in meaningful conversations with fellow participants, discover the essence of natural apothecary at the Herbary dispensary on site, or simply rest and reflect.

1.30pm – 2.30pm – Lunch

In the stunning Garden eatery prepared with local produce, a chance to replenish the body with delicious and nutritious food (included).

Afternoon

2:30 PM 3:45pm— Yin Yoga Session

Sink into the slow, meditative practice of yin yoga. This session focuses on long-held postures that target the connective tissues, promoting relaxation and flexibility. It’s the perfect way to release deep-seated tension and restore balance.

Savasana with Head Massage and Sound Bowl Mediation

End the day with a blissful savasana, accompanied by a soothing head massage and the tranquil sounds of the sound bowl. This final session will help you integrate the day’s practices and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the “Restore & Replenish” workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and find harmony in a supportive and peaceful environment.
